I've uploaded the current version from CVS HEAD to
http://primates.ximian.com/~gonzalo/tmp/System.Web.dll.gz

You need to gunzip that, install it in the gac (gacutil) and copy it to
whereyouinstalledmono/lib/mono/1.0 directory.
