[Mono-dev] Sortkey.cs weirdness in corlib

I've seen that the SortKey class in System.Globalization is not
used/compiled at all. Instead a identically named class from
Mono.Globalization is used.
My suggestion would be to
a) delete the SortKey in the System.Globalization directory of corlib
b) move the class from Mono.Globalization to System.Globalization

any objections?
