In SVN or in the 0.0.3 source tarball ?

It's not deprecated, but VS.NET is not much used either by the
developers. If you can send a patch to the solution/project files I'll
be happy to apply it to SVN.

A Gendarme group[1] was setup recently on Google Group if you have any
further question about it.
