[Mono-dev] patch to fix mach port leaks on OS X/Darwin

The following patch fixes a threading-related mach port leak in
Mono's internal libgc (bug #78628) under OS X:
http://bugs.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=78628

This includes a backport (sideport?) of my libgc 6.7 patch for
darwin_stop_world.c, as well as a Mono-specific patch to
pthread_support.c. This bug should have affected anybody that uses
threads under OS X.

Can somebody either look this over and check it in to svn or give me
the ok to commit?

	-Allan
