As an  IDE  its well suited to take on new personalities. I hope Borland 
get round to a Delphi mono
personality sometime soon.

Pascal is far more commercially viable than F#. X# or C#Omega and data 
type extensions for
XML and data tables look more interesting academically.
These will inform the design choices/features for C# 3.0.
