Another quick note on this topic;

   Another advantage to keeping mono out of the fink and dp locations is 
to avoid problems like this in the future.  Installing in 
/Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework means removing is as simple as:

rm -f /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework.

I should include in the next binary (assuming the mono team agrees to 
go forward with this installer) include a script to automagically 
remove all the symlinks from /usr/bin as well.

Keeping the "official binary" in /opt of /sw will mean issues with 
dp/fink people; as fink install mono wont know that someone installed 
the fink release; or vice-versa.
