Yeah, but having it on a separate file makes it a lot simpler to
refactor later on.

Lets move ahead with putting this on the repository, so we can tune it
collectively afterwards.

And Atsushi does not have to bear the responsibility of tracking MCS
HEAD every day, I imagine he might be tired of maintaining that patch
for so many months.
