[Mono-devel-list] build fixes for HP-UX

wapi-private.h now has MONO_ZERO_ARRAY_LENGTH in it and not
MONO_ZERO_LEN_ARRAY so it doesn't compile when MONO_ZERO_LEN_ARRAY (also
interesting that the version of the HPUX PARISC compiler I use didn't need
this fix....)
Can this be fixed?
