Thanks for reviewing the changes and checking them in.

I missed the fact that they are part of the monocharge sources. What about
copying the *.exe/*.dll to '$(srcdir)' instead of '.' . That should fix the
out of srcdir problem. (see attached diffs)

PS: can you remove mono/mono/tests/tests-config?
