[Mono-devel-list] build fixes for HP-UX

Bernie,

Actually, all you need to do is to update configure with autogen.sh. But,
you pointed out that there is already a MONO_ZERO_LEN_ARRAY in the sources
(just not defined by configure). I attached a patch to replace the
MONO_ZERO_ARRAY_LENGTH I introduced by MONO_ZERO_LEN_ARRAY.
