1.Run an app that require a DLL e.g. TDMaker.exe in
http://tdmaker.googlecode.com/files/TDMaker-1.8.8.0-setup.zip using Mono

H:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Mono 2.2 for Windows>mono

-debug "D:\Program Files\TDMaker\TDMaker.exe"


Actual Results:  
You get http://paste2.org/p/132726 as an output

Expected Results:  
The current directory in Mono is shown as: 

H:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Mono 2.2 for Windows

but the actual current directory is: 

D:\Program Files\TDMaker\
