[forms-devel] Plugin integration

Just my opinion, but could it be a matter of app size. Not every app is
connected so including the code for that would be a waste of space in this
particular example. Not an issue for one plugin but if you start adding
code for every possible plugin (or every plugin that James has created)
that there is a lot of space being wasted. Perhaps this is an issue for the
linker, but all who have used an aggressive linker setting knows that this
might cause issues as well.
