[forms-devel] Plugin integration

Quick question about why some of the plugins for Xamarin Forms are not
integrated in de core? James is a Xamarin employee so I would think that
these plugins could be core api of XF. For example every "connected" app
you build would benefit from the Connecticity plugin.
So whats the strategy of not extending core api with these plugins?
