[forms-devel] Plugin integration

Hello,

Once something becomes part of Xamarin.Forms, it has to run on that
schedule, and has higher barriers for backwards compatibility.

For now, Forms remains single focused on being a good cross-platform UI
abstraction.  I think there is nothing wrong with using other third party
components to fill other gaps.
