GeckoMediaplayer uses mplayer as backend, usually it will use "xv" for
video output. BUT xv is not suit for Flash and Moonlight.

I had finished a performance test using Intel Vtune. In that test,
YUV->RGB convert is the choke point of the performance. The other is
pipleline.

Someone has add YUV to pixman, maybe cairo will support YUV too. If so,
the performance of moonlihgt will be improved very much.
