In my case (AMD64 Athlon X2 4200+, GeForce 8400GS, Firefox 3.5.3):

GeckoMediaplayer video: CPU load = 7%
Flash video: CPU load = 15%
Moonlight1 video: CPU load = 40%
Moonlight2 video: CPU load = 60%
