[Moonlight-list] Moonlight gui building tools?

I want to begin experimenting with Moonlight, I have just a very little 
experience with Silverlight. Most times I like to start a project using 
a gui interface to get the general layout. Other than MS Visual Studio 
has anyone used a gui building interface similar to stetic? I see that 
Inkscape can export to xaml has anyone tried that? Or in general what is 
a personal favorite way to build the xaml?

I realize this is a vague question I'm simply looking for a good 
starting point or feedback that using Monodevelop to type out the xaml 
is best.
