[MonoTouch] Im tired of MonoDevelop, want to use Visual Studio for coding and refactoring

If you just want the MonoTouch dlls you can probably just copy the ones
in /Developer/MonoTouch/usr/lib/mono/2.1/ to your windows system and
reference them in your project.
