[MonoTouch] Strange issue with generated designer file after converting to XCode 4.2

As a followup, I just generated a new view from Monodevelop, added a few
fields, hooked up their outlets and have exactly the same issue (white
screen on display). 

I have tried displaying it as a modalviewcontroller (which is the standard
for this form) and just pushing it, both with the same result.

The form is designed in the same orientation as it is being debugged, so
there isn't an issue with the fields rotating off of the screen due to
anchoring or lack thereof.

I have tried this in both the 4.3 and 5.0 simulators thinking that it may
have something to do with XCode referencing 5.0 everywhere. I have also
tried it on a physical device, all with the same result.

Unfortunately, this has brought my development progress (which was going
very well) to a screeching halt.
