[MonoTouch] Strange issue with generated designer file after converting to XCode 4.2

I apologize, I didn't explain exactly what the problem was only the observed
symptom: when the view is displayed before the designer file is changed, it
is displayed correctly; when the view is displayed after the designer file
is changed, it simply displays a white screen. 

The only change that is made is hooking an existing UILabel up to an outlet
(the label existed before the upgrade, but was missing its outlet).
