[MonoTouch] Cant debug on device after 2.8 update

Hi Matteo, Carl,

Can one of you guys submit a bug report about this to
http://bugzilla.xamarin.com and email the list the bug # so that anyone else
having this issue can add any additional info they might have (and/or add
themselves to the Cc-list)?

I'll try to bring this to the attention of the MonoDevelop guys so that they
can look into this issue.

I haven't seen this issue myself, so if you could add any information you
have on being able to reproduce this, that would be really helpful (e.g.
does it happen even for new projects?)
