[MonoTouch] Custom UITabBarItem colours

He's using a custom TabBarController, not the standard one
(TATabBarController vrs UITabBarController), so you'd have to get his
source and post it to MonoTouch. Shoudn't be too hard, and it's worth
learning enough obj-c to be able to read it in order to do anything
with MonoTouch.
