[MonoTouch] Monotouch 2.8, Snow Leopard, XCode4.1 iPhoneSDK not installed

Thanks to Mike Child for his help on this one :)
I highly appreciate it !!!

Anyway, it seems like the sequence that you need to install stuff is very
important....
I re-installed XCode 4.1 which allowed MonoDevelop to find the SDK, but that
broke the compiler link..
I then re-installed the MonoFramework MDK, which then left me with broken
monotouch specific stuff.
So finally I re-installed monotouch eval 4-1.2.2 and everything seems to be
working well now....
