[MonoTouch] print with bluetooth printer

Hi Richard,

I imaging that UIPrintInteractionController.SharedPrintController will
work with Bluetooth printers, at least so long as they are supported
by iOS (supposedly only printers with the Made For iPad will work, but
that info is a few years old now so I don't know).
