[MonoTouch] MonoTouch and Xcode 4.2 "cannot open xcode project"

Hi Trip,

Looks like you are hitting this bug:
http://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1121

Fortunately it's been fixed in MonoDevelop git master and will be in the
final 2.8 release due out any minute now.
