[MonoTouch] No more debug mode from monodevelop

My monodevelop version is 2.8.0
My monotouch version is 5.0.2

I tried to switch from USB to WiFi debug mode and it worked. Then I switch
back to USB and it worked again. I tried multiple times, just to be sure,
and now it seems to works as expected. Let's say that for now is all ok,
I'll keep you up to date if it fails again.
