[MonoTouch] No more debug mode from monodevelop

Hi,

Which versions of MonoTouch and MonoDevelop do you have installed? Can you
try switching between wifi and usb debugging (in MonoDevelop's preferences,
in the Debugger/iPhone Debugger page) to see if one of them works?
