[MonoTouch] Hanging when "Updating Xcode project"

Hi Mg,

Alan tracked this down earlier today and fixed it in git. In the meantime,
you can download and install
http://download.xamarin.com/monodevelop/Mac/MonoDevelop-2.8.2.dmg to have a
working Xcode sync again until 2.8.5 is released (hopefully mid next week).

Apparently a new AppleScript command was added that didn't 'activate' Xcode
first, which is what was causing a hang.

Hope that helps!

Jeff
