[MonoTouch] How about using Visual Studio with MonoTouch?

I'm new to the Apple/iPhone platform so this might not make sense, but could
a Wine-based setup enable you to run DevStudio in a way that would allow you
to directly edit the C# files in your MonoTouch project?
I would be interested in something like that, I think.
