[MonoTouch] Download 1.2

Chris,

   If you are running a recent version of monodevelop, it should have  
a Help->Check for Updates feature.  If you dont you can get the latest  
MonoDevelop from:

http://monodevelop.com/Download/Mac_MonoTouch

If you are running a very old version of MonoTouch it wont present you  
for an update, you can contact me directly and I can provide you with  
a link to 1.2 after verifying your details
