[MonoTouch] Download 1.2

How do I download the new 1.2 update?  I have a purchased copy, but can't
find a link on the web site on the monotouch.net web site to download
anything but the trial.  In addition, the link provided by Novell when I
originally purchased the product says I can't because it's been beyond 30
days from purchase.  Any ideas?
