[mono-android] Deploying to 2.3.3 x86 emulator = "Installation failed due to container error"

Yes, I have deployment working from an MfA project to 2.3.3 x86 emulator as well as the 4.0.3 x86 emulator.  I start with the exact same parameters and it works for me.  Are you starting from the command line or are you starting in VS/MD?
