[mono-android] Form Designer?

I have used the Designer from the ADT Plugin for Eclipse and often i  
have written it myself simple forms are no problem with your  
imagination.

When you have designed your view with ADT for Eclipse you can open it  
with an xml tool, which is integrated in Eclipse because you have  
there strg + a and strg +c
i like the keyboard and don't like to mark all with the mouse and then  
over the context menu.
