There is option with DroidDraw...

Both could be integrated in VS and MD as ExternalTools.
The problems are that DroidDraw has no commandline option to load [a]xml and
with Eclipse I haven't found way to load [a]xml in eclipse in Graphical 
Layout view
from commandline, but only as plain xml - not android layout xml which gives
You possibility to use Graphical layout....

cd %USERPROFILE%\workspace\ActivityNavigation\res\layout

C:\bin\eclipse\eclipse.exe --launcher.openFile main.xml

still investigating other cmdline options to load axml into vs and md...

DroidDraw should have in next version/relelase this option. We have 
requested it in summer...
