[mono-android] Latest version download link

This is actually somewhat ridiculous. I see someone posted the same problem
here, 3 months ago:

Accessing the products page on Xamarin doesn't help me, because I can only
get 4.0.0 and higher.

Fortunately, I was able to pull the download from the Dropbox link in that
page
