[mono-android] Latest version download link

I developed a project last year in Mono for Android 1.0.

Now I need to make some fixes, so I'd like to upgrade. Is the latest stable
version 1.2.0? I found the DL link here, but it seems to be broken:

What's the status on 1.9 (where the link seems to work)? How stable is it?
