[mono-android] occasionally something falls my way

FYI, a while back, I was asking a lot of questions regarding not being able to get my android device to connect to my macbook pro.  After much searching, I found the issue.  Easy tether was the problem.  Basically, here's the solution - http://www.intohand.com/blog/?p=116.  Many thanks to a friend of mine that came across this.
