[mono-android] ORM for Mono for Android

Catnap ORM does indeed have documentation for how to use with MonoTouch.
There's really not much to it, especially since the normal (terse) mapping
syntax now works with the latest version.

I have not used Catnap with Monodroid, so I can't speak to that.  If there
is an ADO implementation for SQLite it should "just work."

I should mention too that Catnap is very lightweight -- about 40k.
