[mono-android] Linux port and visual designer?

Hi,

Probably been asked like a million times, but are there any plans to
implement a version of Monodroid under Linux?

Additionally, I've noticed that on the iOS version there is a visual
designer part. Are there any plans to bring that into monodroid?
