[Monodroid] Bug? Running second time around fails

Hooray, the latest hotfix (monodroid9639-hotfix.msi
<http://go-mono.com/monodroid-download/monodroid9639-hotfix.msi> ) seems to
have done the job.

Hi People
 
I'm just starting out with Android / MonoDroid and have followed and run an
example on a device. However I can only do it once. If I try to run it
again, I get the following error.

MonoDroid does not support running the previous version.  Please ensure your
solution builds before running or debugging it.

Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Version 10.0.30319.1 RTMRel
MonoDroidVS   1.0.9639
Windows Vista V6 SP2
 
Can anyone shed some light on this please?
