[Monodroid] Slow and unreliable device debugging

Any tips for making it go faster? Delays can sometimes be 1-2minutes per

I see incredibly slow and unreliable debugging as well (device and emu).
That and the debugging in a library bug are the only two things that greatly
concern me with monodroid so far. Everything else seems to work really well.
