[MonoDevelop] Adding Maker addin

Hello!

Sorry for the mis-sent email earlier.

I am trying to extend XS 6.1.5 community on OS X El Cap. and I tried to
follow the instructions here: http://www.monodevelop.com/
developers/articles/creating-a-simple-add-in/ But "Addin Maker" is not
available. Is this a restriction on the version?
