[MonoDevelop] Partial message at top

I found a fix.

At
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/21834612/how-does-one-set-the-filename-in-monodevelop
is a suggestion to install xterm using "sudo apt-get install xterm". I
did that, restarted MonoDevelop and the tutorial program ("Step 1:
Create the Solution" at
http://www.monodevelop.com/documentation/creating-a-simple-solution/)
ran in the console window.

Cowabunga, that was it!

The rest of the message says "File name has not been set". What does
not mean?
