[MonoDevelop] Trouble accepting NuGet source from outside the official gallery

MonoDevelop 5.10 uses NuGet v2 which does not support the NuGet v3 package
source you are trying to use. The NuGet v2 package source below should work:

https://www.myget.org/F/npgsql/
