[MonoDevelop] Trouble accepting NuGet source from outside the official gallery

Hi folks,

I'm struggling to get a fresh installation of Npgsql from the following
NuGet source: https://www.myget.org/F/npgsql/api/v3/index.json However,
the NuGet package manager in MD 5.10 always says "File not found" when
trying to add it as a repo in the "Configure sources" dialog of the "Add
Package" tool.

What's wrong here? The URL itself is working. I can even download the
package by hand.
