[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 5.5 Publish site

So  if "Deploy to web"  is gone, How do you publish your site.Because I wrote
and MVC application that runs fine when you debug with MonoDevelop. But when
you want to put it on the web server I can't get my site to work.I posted my

have done these methods with no success,  Bin-deploy and a XcopyCan any one
offer any suggestions.1. How do you "Manually" put your MVC application on
the Web Server2. Is there any compiling that needs to happen in order for
the things to work, and if there is how do you compile an MVC app in
MonoDevelop 5.0 and higher becuase all you get is a Linux packager.Thanks in
advance.
