[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop TFS Addin

Is monodevelop TFS addin working in the latest monodevelop releases?  I tried
to install it in monodevelop 5.7 but have got a message about dependency
problem "Version Conrol 5.7 not found". I upgraded monodevelop to 5.9 but
could not find TFS Addin in Addins list. 

Has anybody managed how to use TFS with monodevelop?
