[MonoDevelop] How to enable Widget Properties in monodevelop project?

Thanks for your advice. Somehow I could view the properties for one time (by
switching from source to designer tab), but after reloading monodevelop can
get it no more. Nor choosing widgets from dropdown, nor swtichng source to
designer do not help to view properties.

Also, I met another issue. If I move GTK dialog source file to another
directory inside the project and click on the dialog in "User Interfaces"
folder monodevelop asks to bind  the widget to the class. I select the class
from dropdown, click "OK", but nothing happens. When I click on the dialog
again, monodevelop asks to bind widget again.

P. S. After several tries I can get the widget properties work sometimes,
but can't determine 100% way how to enable it. Something like this: close
properties pad, close monodevelop, open monodevelop, open solution, open
file with widget, switch from source to designer tab, open properties pad.
