[MonoDevelop] How to enable Widget Properties in monodevelop project?

I'm running monodevelop 5.7/mono 3.12 on Ubuntu linux.

When I create sample GTK# project in monodevelop, I am able to browse Widget
Properties in "Properties" pad, but if I open monodevelop solution
"Main.sln" I can't browse widget properties, because "Properties" tab is
always empty for designer windows . For example, double click on
"Addins/Monodevelop.Debugger/Monodevelop.Debugger/Monodevelop.Debugger.AttachToProcessDialog".
It opens the designer, I can select the elements on the designed window, but
can't see its properties.

Is there a way to enable widget properties for monodevelop project? It's a
pain to edit manually stetic files and then edit manually autogenerated
files...
