[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 5.0.1.3 Linux

If you're using Ubuntu you can install a newer version from one of the
inofficial repos, e.g.
https://launchpad.net/~ermshiperete/+archive/ubuntu/monodevelop and
https://launchpad.net/~ermshiperete/+archive/ubuntu/monodevelop-beta.
